The undergraduate program in Education and Training Science meets the demands of those who have a strong need to work in an educational environment, especially as teachers, in high schools and colleges.

Objectives

Graduates in Education and Training have theoretical and practical skills, as well as critical, planning, and evaluation skills in education and training.

The undergraduate program actually allows them to acquire:

• special knowledge of educational processes
• skills in the use of human physiology
• design skills in human developmental sensitivity
• Ability to analyze multinational society
• Ability to organize interventions and animation activities
• ability to use technology
• ability to engage in team teaching.

Teaching

Periodic procedures are anticipated, for checking the degree of deepening and the level of knowledge of individual areas of activities through tests, laboratory test practice, continuous work interviews to also identify shortcomings or limits to be covered by appropriate training interventions.
