The Courses
The Artistic, Audiovisual and Performing Arts program includes a very rich program of diversified training that meets the demands of society and the labor market. Such a training program focuses on the particular expressive forms of today (cinema, video, digital media) that fit into specific historical-cultural contexts and are associated with traditional expressive forms. The curriculum also aims to highlight mutual influences, interactions, distortion between artistic, communication languages and multimedia languages.
Objectives
Graduates of the Artistic, Audiovisual and Performing Arts program:
- have solid foundations in the production processes and linguistic systems of cinema, television and new digital technologies
- have historical, theoretical, technical and critical knowledge of theater, cinema, television and new media
- have knowledge of sociology and anthropology
- can analyze and plan cultural events
- are able to edit programs in the theatrical, audiovisual and multimedia sectors.
Teaching
The curriculum makes use of the interconnection between various cultural aspects: arts, television, theater, cinema and new media. It has been designed to provide students with specific skills to apply the knowledge they have acquired. Indeed, beyond the theoretical training, it provides:
- exercises and practical tests
- participation in seminars made by experts from the business and professional sector
- regular workshops
- acquisition of language skills
- Preparing and writing a final work
Internships with private companies and public bodies in the field of art, audiovisual and digital media complement the training program.
