The Courses
The undergraduate program in Business Legal Services is based on today’s business concept and responds to a real demand for businesses searching for a professional profile in line with modern economic dynamics and knowledge of the productive and financial requirements governed by regulations.
The success of an enterprise depends on the rules by which it manages its activity in line with official legislation, state, local and international. The big question of legal services that comes from businesses – and determined by the complexity of legislation that affects them – often involves recourse to external sources or organic development in domestic legal services.
Objectives
Graduates in Business Legal Services:
- have the necessary knowledge of the principles and institutions of the Italian and European legal systems, as well as of the economic and statistical institutions
- can analyze legal rules
- are able to develop in written and oral form the reasoning and the legal and forensic arguments
- are familiar with the analytical and theoretical tools for interpreting and solving economic and legal problems
- Have a basic knowledge of the forms of organization of the working environment
- Know the legal terminology in at least one foreign language.
Teaching
The training program provides for:
- Teaching activities (video lessons, videoconferencing lessons, etc.)
- Interactive course activities (quiz, FAQ, web forum, wiki, etc.)
- Exercise and practical tests
- Participation in seminars conducted by qualified teachers and specialists in economic and legal subjects
- Acquiring language skills with in-depth English
- Preparation and drafting of a final report.
- Training periods in institutions and research institutes, in enterprises and government departments, in addition to the possibility of staying in other Italian and foreign universities, complete the training period.
